Date: Saturday 24 July 2021, Start: Individual Time Trial, Start time: 1st athlete at 14:00 hrs. A wonderful start at the foot of the Avoriaz cliffs, a kilometre out you’ll follow a beautiful single track into the forest, then an exposed stretch beneath the cliff. The last kilometre will pass through the resort with a section along the main street where you’ll be cheered on by numerous spectators. To get to the start of the Time Trial, athletes and spectators will take the Prodains Express cable car (free for the athletes, included in the Portes du Soleil Multipass for the spectators). Reckon on 30 mins to get to the start. Using the latter, spectators will be able to cheer on the athletes at the race start, then they’ll take the cable car and position themselves where it ends (exit from the path coming down from Le Crot aux Chiens).
