Leaving from the car park in Avenue Jean de Noailles, follow the footpath leading to Croix-des-Gardes, from where you can enjoy a view over all the Bay of Cannes. Go down the footpath to get to Avenue Jean de Noailles, and then turn right into Boulevard Leader.
The boulevard descends alongside the Palais de la Croix-des-Gardes before arriving at a hairpin bend, where you can enjoy a view of the La Bocca district, Cannes-Mandelieu Airport, Mandelieu and Théoule-sur-Mer Bays and the Estérel mountain range. Continue on down and you will see some of the exquisite villas with their impressive views over the bay.
After the downhill section of Boulevard Leader, you will arrive in Avenue du Dr Raymond Picaud. Cross the avenue and take Avenue de la Mer, then the footbridge over the railway lines that will lead you back to Trail 1 (Long Beach).
